After you have taken delivery of your new Gel Comfort mattress set, you can take up to 120 nights to make sure you have selected the right mattress for your back support and comfort.

Like many high quality products, there is a break-in period with Gel Comfort products. An analogy we like to use on the sales floor is: A brand new pair of leather shoes will feel stiffer the first time you wear them than on the third time they are worn. Most people find that they enjoy the firm back support and pressure point relief almost immediately. Mattress City asks that you sleep on your new mattress set for at least 30 nights, giving the mattress set a true trial. If, after the initial 30 night period, but before the end of 120 nights, you decide that you do not wish to continue sleeping on your Gel Comfort mattress set, it can be returned. Mattress City will reimburse your total purchase price**, less shipping and handling.
